STRATEGIC SOURCING RECORDS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Responsibilities: This role provides strategic, technical and functional advisory services to clients in the Records and Information Management (RIM) area. The consultant is responsible for managing and conducting key advisory service actives that include analyzing operations, managerial methods and functions of an organization's RIM program in order to identify operational cost savings and propose, plan and implement improvements.
Responsibilities include:
* Plan, execute, and finalize RIM practice projects; estimate resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors; define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle; define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders; develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents; track project milestones and deliverables; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
* Evaluate records management functions and activities to determine their efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with established policies or best practice standards; provide recommendations for process improvement and quantifiable cost saving opportunities
* Collaborate with clients and practice team members to identify or define records management requirements and opportunities
* Analyze, develop, and train stakeholders on revised records and information management processes, policies and procedures
