Responsibilities:
· Interview and gather content from Account Managers and Product Specialists to produce needed documentation to support software deployments.
o User Guides & Manuals
o Quick Start Guides
o Product Briefs
o Technical Specifications
o Installation Guides
o Internal Training Guides
· Own and manage all documentation content and versioning using document management system.
· Develop policies and procedures around production and delivery of product documentation.
· Document processes for all areas of the business
· Assist in developing internal training program via production of employee training guides.
